At Adroit Digital Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services and ensuring a positive learning experience for all our students. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or request a refund. Please review our refund and return policy carefully:
1. Refund Eligibility:
Coaching Programs/Courses: Refunds for coaching programs or courses are available within the first 1 day after the program start date. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request to our support team at aadiacademy2022@gmail.com within this time frame.
Workshops/Webinars:  Refunds for workshops or webinars are available up to 2 days before the event date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
Digital Products (eBooks, Downloadable Content): Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided for eBooks, downloadable content, or any other digital products.
2. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
3. Cancellation PolicyCourse/Program Enrollment:
You may cancel your enrollment up to 2 days before the program start date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations:
No refunds will be issued for missed classes, sessions, or events. Refunds are not available for partially used coaching packages or courses.
5. Exceptional Circumstances:
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have a unique situation that falls outside the standard refund policy, please contact our support team at aadiacademy2022@gmail.com , and we will review your case individually.
